КЛЮЧОВІ ВИКЛИКИ ТА ЗАГРОЗИ РОЗВИТКУ ІНІЦІАТИВИ ЄС «СХІДНЕ ПАРТНЕРСТВО»

У статті проаналізовано ключові виклики та загрози Східному партнерству. Виокремлено внутрішні й зовнішні загрози, що гальмують розвиток ініціативи ЄС «Східне партнерство». До внутрішніх належать корупція, гальмування демократичних процесів, олігархія, гальмування європейських реформ, слабкий рівень економічного розвитку, відсутність бажання інтегруватись у ЄС, серед зовнішніх – російсько-українська війна, заморожені конфлікти в країнах Східного партнерства, кібератаки, тероризм, транснаціональна злочинність, вихід Білорусі зі Східного партнерства та її участь у збройній агресії проти України, гібридні та інформаційні атаки рф, ядерний шантаж рф, енергетична залежність країн регіону від росії. Виокремлені загрози миру та безпеці в державах Східного партнерства згідно з «Нормандським індексом» за 2022 рік. Проаналізовано ключові виклики для шести країн Східного партнерства: України, Молдови, Грузії, Азербайджану, Вірменії та Білорусі. У статті подано SWOT-аналіз функціонування ініціативи ЄС «Східне партнерство». Подано рекомендації щодо протидії загрозам та викликам Східного партнерства.
