СТРАТЕГІЯ ПОВОЄННОГО ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ ТРАНСПОРТНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ УКРАЇНИ: ТРАНЗИТНА СКЛАДОВА

У статті розглянуто фінансові перспективи відбудови економіки України шляхом запровадження в дію «Плану Маршалла 2.0», відкидаючи минулі хибні історичні аналогії та акцентуючи увагу на реальних сьогоденних потребах. У дослідженні розкрито можливості реструктуризації транспорт- ної інфраструктури України під потреби євроінтеграції шляхом отримання фінансової допомоги від міжнародних організацій та зарубіжних інвесто- рів. Отримана допомога, на думку авторів, має бути спрямована винятково на промислове відновлення держави протягом наступних десятиліть, виходячи з національних економічних і безпекових інтересів держави. Дано оцінку перешкодам, із якими країна зіткнеться під час формування та впровадження в дію механізму репарацій, що повинні бути виплачені Україні з боку Російської Федерації по закінченню війни. Проаналізовано транзитну складову частину торговельних відносин України з країнами ЄС під час активної фази військових дій; розглянуто чинники «зернової кризи», що негативно відбилися як на міжнародній економічній діяльності України загалом, так і на пан’європейських транспортних перевезеннях зокрема.
