Abstract

The article examines the financial prospects of rebuilding Ukraine’s economy through the implementation of the Marshall Plan 2.0, rejecting past false his- torical analogies and focusing on real current needs. The study outlines the pos- sibilities of restructuring Ukraine’s transport infrastructure to meet the needs of European integration by obtaining financial assistance from international organi- zations and foreign investors. The assistance received, according to the authors, should be directed exclusively to the industrial restoration of the state over the next decades based on the national economic and security interests of the state. The author assesses the obstacles that the country will face in the process of form- ing and implementing the mechanism of reparations to be paid to Ukraine by the Russian Federation after the war. The author analyzes the transit component of Ukraine’s trade relations with the EU countries during the active phase of hostili- ties, and considers the factors of the «grain crisis» that negatively affected both Ukraine’s international economic activity in general and pan-European transport transportation in particular.
