STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS OF INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES AS A VECTOR OF RESISTANC TO DESTRUCTIVE INFLUENCES

Abstract

The article emphasizes that in the 21st century, military conflicts have become a battleground for advanced technologies, including cyber warfare, drones, and artificial intelligence. These innovations significantly impact strategies, tactics, and international relations. Information warfare and hybrid threats de- fine modern conflicts, where terrorist organizations and small groups employ force to achieve their goals. It is established that intelligence agencies, such as Mossad, play a crucial role in military conflicts by providing intelligence, counterintelligence, and national security. Mossad’s activities are character- ized by high confidentiality, with information about operations often becom- ing known only after delays or failures. Well-known operations, such as the identification of Nazi criminal A. Eichmann, attest to the professionalism and effectiveness of this intelligence structure.

The article underscores that in contemporary military conditions, strategic communications become a crucial element in achieving the goals of intelli- gence agencies. The use of these communications in the context of destructive influences on social, economic, and political spheres proves to be extremely relevant. Intelligence agencies leverage strategic communications for intel- ligence operations and ensuring national security. Preserving confidentiality, employing deception and camouflage, and managing the information space are key aspects of these communications. Strategic communications enable intelligence agencies to effectively manage the flow of information and main- tain stability during crisis situations, all while maintaining invisibility to the public due to a high level of secrecy.
