PICULIARITIES OF DATA CONSOLIDATION IN A GLOBALIZED ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The article analyzes and describes the main properties of the notion of consolidated information. It is established that the key aspects of the concept of «consolidation» are association, defense, common goal, merging, systematization, unification, mutual cooperation, integrated integration, consolidation, merging, systematization, protection through associations and others. Two important features of consolidation of information, such as user orientation and collaboration between applied specialists and computer specialists, are also identified. It is noted that the application of consolidation of resources is an integration of information and data, which occurs under the slogan «information is a service»; integration of business processes, which is to bring business processes into a component structure; Integration-consolidation of people involves the creation of consolidated databases on employees and counterparties (partners), consumers, providing access to integrated information of each individual participant in the business process, ensuring collaborative work of participants, joint work of virtual teams, joint workflow, shared calendar, e-mail, bulletin board , virtual conferences; integration of software is the most difficult task, since it is the software that provides the integration of all the rest of the components; the integration of hardware is solved in conjunction with the integration of all resources of the information system (hardware, software, data).
