FORMATION OF INSTITUTES OF ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY IN UKRAINE AND ROMANIA

Corruption as a social phenomenon is inherent in any society, any state. No country in the world today can declare itself free of corruption. However, some of them can effectively counteract this negative phenomenon, including through the introduction of anticorruption policy, its consistent implementation of the use of all state mechanisms and opportunities of civil society. The article outlines the peculiarities of the formation of institutes of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine and Romania. The experience of the neighboring country regarding the development of effective mechanisms for combating political corruption in the system of public administration, which may be useful for Ukraine, is analyzed.
