Open Access

The International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies practices Open Access to published content, supporting the principles of the free dissemination of scientific information and the global exchange of knowledge for universal social progress. All the articles are placed indefinitely and free of charge in the full-text format immediately after the publication of the issue on the official website of the journal. On line full text access to scientific articles of the journal is presented on the official site of the journal in the archives section and on the site of the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.

This is consistent with the definition of open access from the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). The licensing policy of the journal is compatible with the majority of open access and archiving policies.
